FitnessGlo Class Levels – What’s What
We’ve got a variety of classes on FitnessGlo and you’ll probably notice one thing right away: our levels are different. We’re so committed to helping you get started with a realistic fitness program that our levels begin at…well…the very beginning. Our classes are also designed to build over time so after you spend time working through the classes at one level, you’ll have built a foundation that should help you move on to the next level.
Here’s a description of each level to give you an idea of where you might want to start:
- Getting Started - Entry level classes that focus on basic movements and introduces the correct function, form and posture for each. These classes are designed for someone who has not worked out in a long time or is completely new to fitness. Congratulations to you for Getting Started!
- On My Way - Classes typically include two to three move combinations per class and include an increase in weights as well as the introduction of balance drills. If you are not quite a beginner and find the Getting Started classes to be too easy for you, these classes could be your sweet spot!
- In the Groove - Integrated exercises, longer dance combination sequences and some moves with higher intensity, more focus on balance, as well as heavier weights. These classes are ideal for someone who has been doing Getting Started & On My Way classes for some time. If you’re ready to take on a new challenge, these classes could be for you.
- Good to Glo - After building up a base of regular Glo classes, you should be Good to Glo and these classes reflect a combination of all the foundational work you developed in the previous levels. Enjoy!
