What can you expect during this FREE Saturday workout?
- 8-8:45am High Intense Cardio with Amy Dixon – Level 3: Join Amy and jump – start your weekend. Click n Glo is a non-stop workout that combines intervals of higher intensity cardio with strength work. 45 minutes to get it in and get it done.
- 9-9:45am Strength Training with Jeffrey Scott – Level 3: Join Jeffrey in 45 minutes of an intense “Jeffrey style” strength workout. This means multi muscles are all worked in minimum time, including the muscles that make you smile. Firm up from head to toe while you get leaner and fill your body with energy.
- 10-10:45am Total Body Workout with Alex McLean – Level 3: Join Alex as he moves you through a total body workout using only one piece of resistance tubing. A small piece of portable equipment that delivers huge results.
- 11-11:45am Cardio Dance with Ilyse Baker – Level 2: Think you can’t dance? Well with Ilyse at the helm – YES YOU CAN ! Join Ilyse on the dance floor and shimmy all your cares away. Ilyse will bring her super fun moves that build to a cardio dance combination. Together we will heat up the dance floor and burn away the stress. The class wraps with a 15 – minute stretch to help you lengthen out your muscles after this morning kick-start program.
