Workout of the Week: Cardio Athletic
Now that you have learned about Jeffrey, his style and his fitness philosophy, we think you are ready to take one of Jeffrey’s Cardio Athletic classes. All you need is a 2-4lb medicine ball and your A game. All the sports drills in this workout have 3 levels of intensity to choose from. We then perform the drill at our best intensity for 20 seconds followed by a recovery. Be sure to have a towel and some water.
