Workout of the Week: Total Body Strength

Now that you have learned about Amy, her style and have even practiced some of her favorite moves, we think you are ready to take one of Amy’s Total Body Strength classes. With just one set of hand weights and a mat, this class will sculpt your body from head to toe. Working the upper and lower body separately will allow you to focus on your form and breath and leave you feeling energized and stronger.
