This week, Michelle Dozois demonstrates the Proper Dead Lift and Dead Row Combination. With the Dead Lift, make sure the knees are soft and the body stays long through the trunk – wrapping the shoulders back. This move is about activating the legs and keeping the torso supported through the range of motion. Once you are comfortable with Dead Lift, that’s when you can add the Dead Lift row.
