We’ve designed an 8-week program of FitnessGlo classes for the absolute beginner in all of us that will be sure you start out slowly, take time for rest days, and build up your endurance gradually over time. Each week you will get moving, you will start feeling good and you will build up healthy habits that will form the foundation of a healthy new year.
