How can I view FitnessGlo videos on my mobile device?

Our videos can be viewed on the iPad and iPhone4. Please make sure your internet connection is strong when trying to view videos. Wifi is best. Sometimes it takes a few moments for the video to load. You will see a black screen in the player window and then once it has loaded you will see the triangle play icon. Click on the triangle play icon to play the video.

What is the cost of membership on FitnessGlo?

$12 per month. Once your 15-day free trial is complete, your card will be charged $12 and then monthly thereafter until you cancel your account.

Can I have a free trial to test FitnessGlo before becoming a paid member?

Yes, we offer a 15-day free trial and you can register here. Fill in the fields to register. The next page will ask you to enter your credit card information. After you complete the form and click submit you then have access to classes on FitnessGlo. If you cancel your account before the end of the day on the 15th day of your trial your credit card will not be charged. You can cancel at any point during your membership. You can see your billing date by going to My Account then click on the Settings tab. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you still have access to the classes until the end of your billing cycle.

How do I play classes?

At the bottom of our homepage you'll find thumbnail images of the 6 most recently posted classes. You can also find classes by putting your mouse over Teacher, Style, Level and Duration, and select an option to reveal the sort results. Then place your mouse over the thumbnail to reveal the entire class description. Once you've chosen the class you want to take click on the thumbnail image. The class will begin to play. You can also refine your search for classes. After you do a sort from one of the dropdown menus, you'll see a button appear in the top left that lets you refine your search further to help you find the class that's right for you.

How do I view classes in HD? Or my internet connection is slow, how can I view classes?

When you click on a class thumbnail image you will be directed to the page that plays that specific class. Just underneath the video player you will see links for"low bandwidth" and "watch in HD." All of our videos are available in three levels of video quality. If you have a strong internet connection click on "watch in HD" to view the class in HD. Or if your have a slower internet connection click on "low bandwidth." The "normal quality" videos plays by default when clicking on a thumbnail.

How do I view classes in full screen?

On the video play page put your mouse over the video player to reveal the video timeline navigation bar. In the bottom right corner click on the orange square to expand the video to full screen.

How do I turn up the volume?

There are a few solutions that can help: turn up the volume on your computer, put your mouse over the video player and increase the volume in the timeline navigation bar, and/or connect external speakers to your computer.

Do FitnessGlo classes stream live?

With your membership on FitnessGlo you have access to FitnessGlo classes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Occasionally, on FitnessGlo we live stream special events and classes and announce these in advance.

Is my credit card secure?

Yes, FitnessGlo is enabled with a DigiCert EV SSL. So when you visit the page that asks for your credit card number, your browser address bar will turn green showing that FitnessGlo has been verified as authentic and that FitnessGlo meets and exceeds PCI Compliance requirements for SSL certificates and that your personal information is secure. Where do I start if I've never worked out before?

Our Getting Started level of classes are a perfect place to begin your fitness journey. We also have an 8 week program that is completely mapped out for you using FitnessGlo classes to be sure you start out slowly, take time for rest days, and build up your endurance gradually over time. This program was created to get you moving and feeling good about you.

How can I learn the moves that are used in many of the classes?

Starting an exercise program can be intimidating if you aren't familiar with the moves. To help take out the guesswork, these quick clips highlight many of the moves that you'll see in FitnessGlo classes. From a basic plank pose to a grapevine dance move, you can use this video library to practice the foundational moves again and again so you're all set to go when they appear in your classes.

How do I update my credit card information or change my password?

Sign in here Click on My Account (in upper right corner) --> click on Settings tab --> fill in new information --> click Save Changes at bottom of page.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel the account Sign in here. Then go to My Account (in upper right corner) --> click on Settings tab --> Click cancel and then the next page will give you the option to cancel the account. Please give us your feedback so you can help us continue to improve our service.

Can I download classes?

No. Classes on FitnessGlo are streamed, not downloaded, at this time.

Can I attend classes at the FitnessGlo studio?

Yes. Classes are free at our Santa Monica studio for anyone to attend! You can access the class schedule by going to About --> Class Schedule or via this link Class Schedule You do not need to be a member of FitnessGlo to attend classes at our studio. Sometimes we hold special events and workshops, which may have a cost to attend, and the price will be listed on the schedule.
