So needed this work-out this morning. We had a major crisis in our family this week. A wooden swing set collapsed on my 11 year old daughter and a heavy beam fell right on her shin (breaking the bones and crushing her muscles). She went into emergency surgery on Wednesday evening and is due for a 2nd surgery this afternoon. We are thanking the Lord for his hand of protection on our family- two of my other children were outside at the time, but nowhere near the swing set. And the beams could have crushed Emma worse. I so needed to clear my head and get my body moving. Lots of time just sitting at the hospital. I admit- I did cry during that last set of push-ups. Lots of emotions right now. Thanks Amy!!!
