A 30 minute total body cardio and strength circuit workout that utilizes a mat and two sets of hand weights.  A fun athletic warm-up is followed by alternating bouts of total body strength conditioning moves and simple but challenging cardio drills.

Great workout Amy. I almost quit after 8 minutes as I thought I was going to die. I almost quit again at 16 minutes, but as I was over halfway there, I decided to keep going until I finished the workout.

I love the fact that you feel as if you are in a class, especially when the camera pans out and you see people (not models), taking your class. Thanks very much
