My first time doing this. I'm so happy I could almost cry. I love the 1st segment of Michelle's 10m solution DVD and have been looking for that type of workout for years. This is that workout, and it's perfect. Low impact (great for my current weight, fitness level, and knees) but still a fantastic heart pounding routine that works me from head to toe in only 30 minutes. Already my membership is worth it, and I haven't even begun to explore all the other workouts yet. :)
