Description

An all in one workout that works at a higher intensity but always with options so that you can work at the level of intensity appropriate for you. A circuit style workout that combines cardio drills - all with different intensity options and functional strength training exercises. Workout finishes with a stretch. Equipment used - dumbbells.

I've just finished it for the first time and I love it; it has everything I need. And by the way, I wanted to thank you for all the tips on form; I realized that my form is not always the best and I'm trying to work on it.
