How can I view FitnessGlo videos on my mobile device?

Our videos can be viewed on the iPad and iPhone4. Please make sure your internet connection is strong when trying to view videos. Wifi is best. Sometimes it takes a few moments for the video to load. You will see a black screen in the player window and then once it has loaded you will see the triangle play icon. Click on the triangle play icon to play the video.

How do I upgrade my Flash Player?

My screensaver is interrupting my class, how do I prevent this?

If you are using a Mac, in your System Preferences click on Energy Saver and set the computer and display to sleep at a time greater than the class you plan to take. For Windows, right click on the desktop, click on Properties, click on Screen Saver and adjust the setting accordingly.

I'm having trouble streaming video.

Have you updated your flash player lately? Please try that via the following link: download flash player Some people have reported better video player performance after doing so. It also might help if you close other applications that consume a lot of CPU and internet bandwidth while viewing video. If you have a slow internet connection you can choose the Low Bandwidth options for the video. The videos are lower quality that way but this may help with streaming.
